Adapting to their environment, the African Weaver has endured over time by building their nests differently than most other birds in the world. Early on, they recognized the need for a protective dwelling and built their homes accordingly. Like the African Weaver, Balda Development has also realized the need to adapt to the environment in which we live. We utilize innovative building technologies that are not only energy efficient, but sustainable as well. It is necessary for us to think and build differently in order to move past the wasteful and inefficient building techniques being utilized by today's builders.
