Grand Canal Home
Maximizing the breathtaking Grand Canal view was paramount in the design of this 5,000 sq. ft. home. Large windows and glass doors were purposefully positioned to attain the natural lighting that brings the space alive. Equal attention was paid to the indoor and outdoor spaces as evident in the effortless connection. Chic neutrals with hints of color through art and accessories create an interior that is unique and familiar, warm and textural with clean lines. Modern and classic elegance blend effortlessly fortified by custom millwork and architectural detail throughout the home. This home was certified with Platinum Green status, the highest recognition.

Asian Inspired Sitting Room
This Asian inspired sitting room mingles color and texture to create a tranquil retreat for an internationally traveling entrepreneur. The desire was to highlight their distinctive art collection, which was gathered from travels from all seven of the world’s continents. Working with pieces from
Africa to Antarctica and extracting accent colors from the exquisite painting above the couch brings harmony to the room’s décor and function. The elegant movement of the samurai warrior is balanced with the powerful grand piano and poise of the suspended human form. Steel, wood, silk, stone and metal all unite to electrify the space.
Sophisticated Nursery
Say “bye, bye” to an uninspiring nursery and wave hello to this hip and sophisticated space. This fresh nursery creates a stylish introduction to avant-garde design for young children by incorporating graphic wall paper. Caregivers can remain at ease since the design eliminates any dangerous glass or hanging frames. Imported from Europe this custom bold print’s whimsical letters are both educational and chic. Fashionable window treatments provide texture and an element of fun. Keeping with the sleek look, containing the clutter is easy with the built in window seat storage.
Contrasting Kitchen
This crisp and chrome kitchen clearly captures the property’s outstanding water view. An entire wall is exclusive to windows in lieu of cabinetry. The opposite wall artfully incorporates antique glass cabinets to maximize the water’s reflection. Texture was paramount, using contrasting materials in every design decision. Reclaimed wood floors contrast the white cabinets and chrome hardware. Smooth white quartzite countertops contrast with the brushed titanium granite. Cocktails are essential, so a wet bar and wine cellar adjoin the kitchen creating a space that seamlessly blends from day to evening. Cabinetry is Brookhaven by Wood Mode. The finest appliances were installed and objectively masked.
